We have a part time sales advisor role available, working for CPM on our Mars confectionery account and we would really like to tell you a bit more about this opportunity.
What does the role entail?:
- Part-time sales advisor position within the Independent Sector
- Improving display and distribution of our clients’ products maximizing all sales opportunities
- Advising retailers of new products and promotions
- Ensuring existing and new displays meet high standards and follow agreed plans & negotiating for extra and improved display space
What are the hours?
25 hours per week to be worked between Monday and Thursday.
The Pay and benefits:
The Salary is £9.41 per hour with 4 weeks paid holiday pro-rata per annum. Mileage is paid at 32p per mile for the first 150 miles and 23p after that. All your other expenses are paid with a valid receipt.
And the area to be covered?
SW 5, 6, 10,
W 6, 8, 10 -- 12, 14,
You would record all information you collect on a hand held personal computer so there won’t be a mountain of paperwork to contend with.

We are currently looking for talented individuals with the right skills & flexibility, to work on our installations division. Candidates will possess a good all round knowledge of retail from experience in installations or store refits. Experience in working from planograms, and good DIY skills are essential. Roles and responsibilities
- Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets.
- Profile shelving, install equipment & implement display options to a high standard.
- Use initiatives to problem solve and suggest resolutions when encountering barriers.
- Lifting and manual handling up to 25 kilos may be involved and additional training will be offered where needed.
Additional information
- Pay will be processed on a weekly basis, one week in arrears
- Flexible attitude towards working patterns
- Work is on Temporary basis, this could consist of on-going projects on days, nights and weekends
- You will be expected to work within an 80 mile radius of your home
- Training and stock collection will take place at one of our depots (Reddish SK5, Dunstable LU5, Bristol BS20 and Livingston EH54)

Reporting into a Regional Manager the Night Coordinator will take full operational responsibility for all scheduled merchandising across the UK. Key Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager, ideally with previous retail or field marketing experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a fresh challenge and wants to be part of a successful company.
Responsible for the successful execution of all agreed field merchandising activity, this role will involve you managing an average sized team of circa 70 Merchandisers through a team of approx. 6 or 7 Team Leaders and a Senior Team Leader, delivering field based merchandising solutions, within budget set KPI’s.
To succeed, you will ideally need proven field merchandising experience and first class people management skills, together with strong leadership and impeccable planning and organisational skills in order to manage a demanding workload. A track record for recruiting and developing highly effective people whilst maintaining strong cross-functional business relationships is also essential.
As this is autonomous role you will have the ability to make a real impact on the success of the business and will be able to use your judgement and experience to make effective decisions.
This is a challenging role that would involve significant amounts of travel and the ability to prioritise your time in order to manage your team effectively to budget and deliver our clients objectives.

We are looking for a Merchandiser within Instore:
- Circa various Hours Per Week
- Average Hourly Rate: £7.00

At Instore we provide a range of effective field-based marketing solutions for a growing portfolio of clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team.
As a merchandiser, you will conduct various in-store activities at our different client stores, which can include weekly and fortnightly calls. This role will involve stock auditing, merchandising a variety of products to plan and POS placement. This role will involve lifting of magazines from one location to another. Rates of pay are based on rates per call.
This position would suit someone who may already be merchandising and is looking to increase their hours. However, individuals with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service or experience of working within a retail environment would be an advantage.
A full driving licence and use of your own vehicle is required, for which a mileage rate will be paid.
